Hamilton College taps U. of Minn. law dean as president

CLINTON (AP) — Hamilton College has named University of Minnesota Law School Dean David Wippman to be its 20th president. Wippman will succeed Joan Hinde Stewart, who is retiring June 30, 2016 after 13 years as president. Wippman is an authority on international law.
