Mark C. Davis, an attorney at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, has been appointed to the Erie County Citizens’ Budget Review Commission. The Commission was established to assist and advise the Erie County Legislature in the oversight of the county’s budget and to monitor county finances in order to ensure the long-term fiscal stability of Erie County. Davis will serve on the 11-member Commission which is charged with submitting an annual report to the Legislature. Davis focuses his practice on commercial litigation and has extensive experience in both state and federal courts. He also represents businesses and municipalities on matters involving zoning or land use issues, Article 78 proceedings, claims of personal injuries, discrimination and civil rights violations.
