Rochester child porn defendant gets eight-plus years in prison

Listen to this articleA Rochester man who was convicted of possession of child pornography has been sentenced to eight years and one month in prison by Chief U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci.
Pedro Cruz, 40, had thousands of images of child pornography on a laptop computer, thousands of images of child pornography on a desktop computer, over 30,000 images of child pornography on an external hard drive, and over 20,000 images of child pornography on various CDs and DVDs, according to the office of U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr.
