Dean Moore | St. John’s

St. John’s announces that Dean Moore has joined its team as human resources operations manager. Moore brings to the team more than 30 years of experience as an HR specialist.
In his new position, Moore is responsible for strategic and transactional leadership of all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, administration, employee health and wellness, leave management and HRIS/ADP. Moore has extensive experience in the human resources industry, spending time in domestic and international roles throughout his career. He joins the St. John’s team from Marquardt Switches Inc., where he served as U.S. director of human resources for the past seven years. Prior, Moore worked for Kodak and Carestream Health.
Moore earned his Master of Science in industrial and labor relations from University of Wisconsin at Madison and his Bachelor of Arts in labor studies from Penn State University.
