Ross Lanzafame, a partner in the health care and human services practice group at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, has been appointed to the board of directors of St. Ann’s Community for a two-year term.
St. Ann’s Community offers a continuum of care that includes independent senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, short-term transitional care, palliative care, and adult day programs.
As a health care attorney, Lanzafame counsels long-term and acute health care providers with regard to business, corporate and government regulatory matters, and represents clients before a variety of governmental agencies, bodies, boards and commissions. His practice is focused on reimbursement issues and regulatory compliance.
