Anderson has served as managing partner of Nixon Peabody’s Buffalo office since 2014. She is a finance and corporate lawyer with over 25 years of experience and was one of the founders of the Buffalo office.

Anderson represents financial institutions and businesses of all types in connection with leveraged and project finance transactions and mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. She also has substantial experience representing governmental and private entities in the financings of stadiums and arenas for NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL teams, including work for Erie County on the lease of Ralph Wilson Stadium to the Buffalo Bills.

Anderson is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Erie County Bar Association – Banking Law and Corporation Committees. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County and of the Advisory Council to the United Way Emerging Leaders Society. She is a past chairman of the Board of Trustees of Goodwill Industries of Western New York.
