Dennis Callahan

Dennis Callahan, partner, utilizes his engineering training for disputes involving technical or scientific issues. That training also informs the methodical and structured approach he uses when representing his clients.
His practice includes the defense of manufacturers, retailers, and property owners in a variety of product liability, pharmaceutical, and premises liability actions.
In addition, Callahan represents businesses in commercial litigation, contract disputes, and business-related tort claims, and he has significant experience with the complex legal and factual issues that arise in retrospective and loss-sensitive insurance premium collection disputes.
He graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law with his Juris Doctor degree and has a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
