What has been your biggest success over the past year?

Our biggest success over the past year has been continuing to build our fantastic IP team at Bond, including talented IP attorneys and paralegals in our Rochester and Buffalo offices. Our key hires included Terria Jenkins, who previously served as Chief Trademark Counsel for Kodak, and Bryan Smith, an experienced patent attorney with expertise in IP litigation and post-grant proceedings.

What are your expectations for the rest of this year?

We expect that for the rest of the year client demand for IP services will continue to be strong.

What advice would you give someone starting an intellectual property practice right now?

Focus on providing the best quality IP services along with business-savvy advice and exceptional value.
