Alison Rich

Alison Rich represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of commercial real estate matters. This includes negotiating contracts, assistance with due diligence analysis and closings. Alison also represents commercial borrowers and lenders in various aspects of their financing needs, including commercial mortgages, construction financing, sale-leaseback transactions and asset-based financing.

Rich also counsels individuals and businesses in the formation of entities and contract and operational issues including financing, ownership and real estate matters. She also assists in the purchasing and selling of ongoing businesses, including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers and succession planning.

Rich graduated cum laude from St. Lawrence University and the SUNY at Buffalo Law School. She is a member of the Business Law and Real Estate Sections of the Monroe County Bar Association. An active member of the Brighton Rotary Club, where she has held several offices including president, Rich also serves on the Board of Directors for the Camp Haccamo Foundation, where she is also the president. She is a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow recipient and was selected by The Daily Record as an “Up and Coming Attorney” in 2012.
