What has been your biggest success over the past year?

Taking time to appreciate all of the hard work and dedication my staff puts into helping people make the biggest investment of their lifetime.

What are your expectations for the next 6-12 months?

I expect the economy to come back, interest rates to fall and the real estate market to get back to a regular cycle. I am pleased to see the amount of commercial and residential investment happening locally and expect it to continue to increase over the next year as we exit the pandemic and we see the backward-looking statements reflect that we moved through the recession without a severe dip.

What advice would you give someone just starting out in real estate law?

Stay humble. Associate with a great firm like ours and get ready to work lots of hours.

If you could practice one area of law that you haven’t practiced in your career, what would it be and why?

Honestly, I am pretty happy with what I have accomplished. I cannot think of another area of law that is more interesting than what I am fortunate enough to practice every day.
