I truly enjoy practicing law in the Rochester area with many opportunities for networking and professional development within a closely connected legal community. Rochester is home to several prestigious firms, courts, and legal organizations that offer a range of practice areas and diverse clients. Additionally, the city’s culture, history, and community spirit provide a high quality of life and a supportive environment for legal professionals.
What are your expectations for the real estate legal practice for the next 12 months?
Current market indicators signal the real estate practice will continue to be active and dynamic over the next 12 months. We have all experienced the shift in how people view their homes and workspaces, leading to new interest for both residential and commercial real estate. This trend is likely to continue as more people embrace remote work and businesses look for new spaces to accommodate hybrid work models.
