Award will be presented, in multiple categories, to a corporate counsel, at all levels who is responsible for navigating
complicated contract negotiations, defend their companies in high stakes litigation and defend some of an
organization’s most important assets.

One award will be presented to a corporate counsel under the age of 40, who has demonstrated strong negotiation
skills and has exemplified leadership potential in the legal field (Rising Star Award is not always awarded each year)
