Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman has named Marc B. Minor as chief of his Investor Protection Bureau. Minor will enforce New York state securities law. He worked in the Investor Protection Bureau from 2002 to 2004, during investigations of misconduct and malfeasance on Wall Street.

Debt-relief co. to pay $1M
