A new Republican caucus is being ordered to select candidates for two vacant justice posts in the town of Williamson. Monroe County Supreme Court Justice John J. Ark, in a decision released Tuesday, ruled a new caucus should be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at Williamson High School.
