NEW YORK CITY — Time Warner Cable Inc. booked a 22 percent jump in fourth-quarter profit Thursday as it enticed more customers to upgrade to pricier bundles of cable, Internet and phone service. And it was feeling confident enough to boost its dividend payout 20 percent.
Time Warner negotiations continue down to the wire
Negotiations are continuing between Time Warner Cable and Sinclair Broadcast Group which owns regional Fox Network affiliates. The deadline, originally scheduled for midnight Friday, was extended until 11:59 p.m. Saturday.
