SYRACUSE — A 33-year-old Syracuse man who admitted raping two toddlers while his wife held them down is expected to be sentenced Thursday to the maximum punishment allowed.

Ronald Clark pleaded guilty in December to two counts of first-degree rape for the acts against two little girls, ages two and four, and possessing child pornography. As part of a plea deal, he was promised 25 years in prison for the rapes and two to four years for the child porn.

Prosecutors said he raped the children while his wife, Sierra Clark, held them down between April 1 and Aug. 31, 2010.

Sierra Clark remains in jail on rape and sex abuse charges.

Assistant District Attorney Jeff Schiano told The Post-Standard of Syracuse Clark is the worst criminal he’s seen.
