What do you enjoy most about your position?
I enjoy working with teams of attorneys to accomplish common goals for our clients. I also very much enjoy the strategy involved in litigation.
What is one thing you hope to accomplish before the end of the year?
Travel with my kids and visit out-of-town friends.
What are the biggest current challenges facing litigators?
The misuse of artificial intelligence, and how to protect against same.
What do you think the biggest change in your practice area will be over the next 3-5 years?
I anticipate the biggest change in my practice in three to five years will be the increased use of technology.
What do you enjoy most about practicing law in the Rochester area?
The legal community is generally very collegial and straightforward.
