BarkerGilmore LLC hires strategic advisor, leadership development coach

Edward Nekritz, former chief legal officer and general counsel at Prologis Inc., has joined BarkerGilmore LLC as a strategic advisor and leadership development coach.

BarkerGilmore LLC, in Pittsford, is an executive search firm dedicated exclusively to the in-house legal and compliance profession.

Nekritz has more than three decades of experience in international real estate, corporate governance, and legal strategy. He has joined a team of advisory professionals at BarkerGilmore who have served as chief legal officers and chief compliance officers at many of the nation’s best-known companies.

Nekritz served as chief legal officer and general counsel at Prologis, the world’s largest real estate logistics organization.

He served as its first general counsel and was a member of the executive committee for more than 20 years.

Nekritz received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
