MCBA to install new leaders

The installation ceremony for the Monroe County Bar Association‘s new officers and trustees is scheduled for 4:30 p.m., June 25, at Ellison Park.

At the association’s annual meeting on May 22, Mark Funk was elected president-elect, Jessica Clemente was elected treasurer and Erin Elmouji was elected secretary.

The new trustees are:

• Michael Burger

• Katherine Markert

• Timothy Muck

• Stacey Trien

• André Washington

• Lauren Whiting

President-Elect Mark Funk will become president and chair of the Board of Trustees on July 1. Sareer A. Fazili, the current MCBA president, will assume the role of immediate past president and continue to serve on the Board of Trustees through June 30, 2026.

Funk and the other officers and the new trustees will be officially installed during the ceremony at Ellison Park.

In addition, Michael Condon will be installed as president of the Foundation of the Monroe County Bar, along with the Foundation’s officers and Board of Directors.
