What changes in the legal industry do you believe will have the biggest impact on clients over the next few years?

I believe that the integration of AI into the practice of Law is just at its infancy. The economic pressures facing the delivery of timely, high-quality, cost-effective services are going to continue the drive to adapt AI in the field of law. AI also provides clients with the ability to review and draft standard documents and forms, which will be a challenge due to the fact that with its current capabilities the forms often are just that: simple forms.

How important is community involvement or pro bono work within your organization?

Being involved in the community through either pro bono work or community service is very important to our firm, from partners to staff. We encourage community involvement for everyone in the office including collecting supplies for the Willow woman’s center, Sample Soap, participating in Habitat for Humanity Build days, and Thanksgiving Boxes for SBC of Rochester. In addition, we support our staff and attorneys who participate individually in charitable organizations by proving both monetary and legal support.

What is one accomplishment — professional or personal — that you are especially proud of?

With my wife raising two great children and watching them start to raise families of their own.
