PAETEC a ‘Best Company to Work for in Texas’

Perinton-based PAETEC Holding Corp. has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas for the second year in a row.

The awards program is a project of Texas Monthly, the Texas Association of Business, the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management and Best Companies Group. It is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Texas that benefit the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2012 Best Companies to Work for in Texas list is made up of 100 companies.

“We are very proud to be honored with this award again this year,” said Dean Yeck, PAETEC vice president and general manager of the west region. “At PAETEC, it’s the people that make us great. They are talented, hardworking, and dedicated to providing excellent service and performance for our customers.”

PAETEC will be honored at an awards ceremony Feb. 2 as part of the Texas Association of Business 2012 annual conference in Austin. The final rankings will also be released in the February 2012 issue of Texas Monthly.
