Appealed from Genesee County Court
Background: The defendant pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse. On appeal, he contended that County Court failed to conduct a sufficient inquiry into whether he had violated the conditions of his plea agreement before imposing an enhanced sentence.
Ruling: Judgment is affirmed. The defendant failed to preserve the issue for review.
