Clark Patterson Lee hired David Schoell as architectural designer and draftsman; promoted Jason Benfante and Michael Laco from associates to senior associates; and promoted Susan Clark, Katherine Metcalfe and Michelle Trott from senior associates to principal associates. Schoell will be responsible for schematic design, design development, construction documents, 3D renderings, and construction administration. Benfante’s responsibilities include client relations, inter-discipline team management, and mentoring junior architectural staff. Laco manages construction projects and upgrades for healthcare clients. Clark manages the firm’s interior design staff and oversees marketing for healthcare and education projects. Metcalfe serves as Clark Patterson Lee’s director of marketing and as an assistant team leader overseeing the firm’s marketing team. Trott works as a senior healthcare planner and project manager.
