Leo Iacobelli, president and chief operating officer of ESL Investment Services LLC, was named to the list of Top 20 Program Managers in the country, by Bank Investment Consultant magazine. The ranking recognizes managers of the most productive bank and credit union-based advisors on the basis of: growth in team production, growth in team assets, average production per advisor and number of financial advisors the program manager oversees. This is the fourth consecutive year that Iacobelli has been named to the list.

Judy Lockwood joined Magellan Real Estate and Relocation as an associate broker. Lockwood’s areas of expertise include residential, new construction and relocation.

Mark Siler, partner with Beltz Ianni & Associates LLC, has been awarded the Accredited Investment Fiduciary professional designation by The Center for Fiduciary Studies. Siler is primarily responsible for helping individuals plan for retirement success through investment analysis and portfolio development. Also a partner, V. Anthony Quercia has been awarded a professional degree in the field of long-term care: Certified in Long-Term Care. This program is independent of the insurance industry and focuses on providing financial service professionals the tools needed to meet their client’s long-term care needs.



The Maplewood long-term nursing and short-term rehabilitation care facility in Webster added Robert Bennett as a nurse manager, Megan Bogardus as a certified nursing assistant and Stacy Colombo as an evening charge nurse.
Biel’s Document Management added Rick Jones as area manager. Jones will help businesses with scanning, storing and retrieving needs, and to use document information more accurately, efficiently and securely. He will help businesses find ways to improve efficiency and workflow, while maximizing the value of their document management systems.
