Three Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC attorneys have achieved Empire Counsel status in 2013 by each providing more than 50 hours of pro bono services.
James Holahan, Katherine S. McClung and Ingrid C. Palermo represented people unable to afford a lawyer in defending eviction proceedings, counseling parents and other relatives of Syracuse City School District students, poor people in federal court cases, and providing other legal services. They are all from the Rochester office.
Attorneys achieving Empire Counsel status were honored Jan. 30 by the New York State Bar Association at its “Justice for All Luncheon” in New York City.
Holahan and McClung are labor and employment law attorneys and Palermo is a business restructuring, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy attorney.
