The two-story, 14-room, 5,373-square-foot home sits at the corner of Lake and Bay roads. The government in 2023 contended the house at 421 Lake Road had been obtained with money from the sale of illicit drug dealings.

As a result, Vincent Catalano Sr. and Paula Catalano signed over the title to the U.S. government as part of an October 2023 plea agreement.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York said the house, built in 2011, was traceable to “proceeds furnished in exchange for a controlled substance, as well as property used or intended to be used to facilitate the commission of narcotics trafficking violations.”

Along with seized assets, the total forfeiture was $2,284,003.10. Other details of the case were sealed.

The house features five bedrooms, a large living room, a bar/entertainment room and a walkout basement.
