An adjacent vacant parcel at 1207-B Bay Road was sold to WR Vacant LLC for $106,000, according to documents filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office. The properties are just off Bay Road and near the town of Webster border.
BRE Rook SH Castle Pointe at Baywinde LLC and BRE Rook SH Sage Harbor at Baywinde LLC were the sellers. Both are affiliated with The Blackstone Group, the New York City-based asset management firm.
