Buffalo man sentenced on gun charge

Listen to this articleSteven A. Talley, 26, of Buffalo, has been sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Arcara to 40 months in prison and three years supervised release for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Richard P. Maigret said Buffalo police officers found a loaded .22 long rifle caliber semiautomatic pistol and a loaded 9 mm caliber semiautomatic pistol. The defendant had previously been convicted of a felony offense and has other, unrelated felony offenses pending against him in state court.
