Rick Glazer and Ken Glazer have been named partners at Buckingham Properties LLC, a Rochester area real estate development and property management company.
“With my two sons joining our team of partners in the company, Buckingham has firmly put the next generation of leadership into place,” said Larry Glazer, CEO and managing partner. “It gives me great pride to work alongside my sons as we continue to grow as Rochester’s leading developer.”
Rick Glazer, 39, will celebrate 10 years at Buckingham Properties in November. He began his real estate career at CBRE/Rochester in leasing. During his tenure with Buckingham Properties, Rick has worked with hundreds of Buckingham tenants, specializing in office and retail users.
A licensed real estate broker, Rick has been instrumental in leasing several of Buckingham’s newest developments, including Eagle’s Landing Business Park in Henrietta and Stoney Creek Business Center, Buckingham’s new complex in Greece which includes Bryant & Stratton’s new college campus. As a partner, Rick will lead implementation of a comprehensive employee recognition program. He earned an associate degree in business from Champlain College.

Ken Glazer, 38, has been a part of the Buckingham Properties team since June 2009. After earning his Master of Architecture at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Ken continued working in the architectural field with a concentration on sustainable design. He is a LEED accredited professional and recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. In his role of director of development and architecture, Ken leads several of Buckingham’s development projects including Alexander Park, The Tower at Midtown and Winfield Park.
