David Dollinger, Esq. is the founder and sole partner of Dollinger Associates, P.C., a Rochester, New York law firm specializing in providing services and consultation to the real estate and lending industries.

Dollinger has lectured throughout western New York on various subjects affecting the practice of real estate law. He has advised his clients on procedures and methods of Compliance with both New York State and Federal banking regulations, particularly most recently the implications and implementation of Dodd-Frank. He has promulgated regulations, including the Ability to Repay and TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule.

Dollinger is a 1985 graduate of the Syracuse University College of Law.
