What do you enjoy most about your position?
I enjoy being the person my clients call when facing complex legal disputes, working with my colleagues in creating a culture of success, and mentoring our associate attorneys.
What do you think the biggest change in your practice area will be over the next 3-5 years?
I believe the biggest change in my practice area over the next 3-5 years will be the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence to attempt to make us more efficient and responsive.
What do you enjoy most about practicing law in the Rochester area?
The Rochester legal community is wonderfully collegial. I find we have a strong local culture that supports a strong work-life balance that makes the practice of law here uniquely rewarding.
