What professional accomplishment have you been most proud of this year?

For the past few years, I’ve focused on scaling my practice and, as a result, I’ve seen significant growth outside of New York this year. This has resulted in an increase in new matters in New England — specifically across Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire.

What do you think the biggest change in the legal industry will be over the next 3-5 years?

Artificial intelligence and the role it will play, both in the legal profession and our clients’ businesses, is possibly the biggest disruptor we will see in the coming years. Related technologies are advancing quickly and will lead to new risks, challenges and opportunities.

What is one thing you hope to accomplish before the end of next year?

Our firm is in the process of renovating our Rochester office space. I’m excited for the successful transition into our new office and to see how our new space invites even more collaboration among our team and our clients.

What Rochester-area organizations do you support and why?

I’ve been involved with Camp Good Days and Special Times on a personal level since a young age and this organization is close to my heart. The camp provides priceless experiences for children, adults, and families whose lives have been touched by cancer and other life challenges. I’m a longstanding member of the Pittsford Volunteer Fire Department, and my family is also committed to serving the Pittsford Food Cupboard, which provides essential food to folks who are suffering both short- and long-term food insecurity in our own community.
