What professional accomplishment have you been most proud of this year?

We achieved several excellent outcomes for our clients in both litigation and transactional matters, recruited some fine lawyers to our team, and initiated a number of policies to maintain and improve the firm’s business operations.

What are the most important skills lawyers need that they didn’t need 10-20 years ago?

The ability to constantly learn and use a wide variety of technology tools and systems that increase efficiencies, communications, and information security.

What is one thing you hope to accomplish before the end of next year?

We hope to recruit more lawyers to grow our partnership and also focus on expanding our client base.
