Officials at Nixon Peabody LLP announced Monday that the law firm is moving to High Point Business Park in Victor in August 2025, when the firm’s current lease at Clinton Square expires.

The new location has 50,000 square feet of Class A office space for more than 60 attorneys and 260 total employees. Nixon Peabody has been in at Clinton Square since 1990.

“We worked diligently with our current landlord to stay in our current space,” said Jared C. Lusk, managing partner of Nixon Peabody’s Rochester office.

“They have been good partners for over 30 years, and we appreciate the relationship. High Point ultimately offers our firm the best opportunity for our future,” Lusk said.

“Nixon Peabody has been a downtown Rochester fixture for 125 years,” Lusk said. “Our first priority and goal was to remain downtown if possible. We evaluated all the available space and our needs for the future. It became apparent that High Point was the best option for us,” he said.

The firm occupied seven floors at Clinton Square, but more employees are working remotely nowadays.

“We’re downsizing substantially,” Lusk said.

“After a long and thorough search, we identified the best location for our new offices. We are deeply committed to serving the region’s businesses and communities,” Lusk said.
