What is your biggest professional goal for the rest of this year?

We are expanding the labor & employment group at Bond’s Rochester office this year, so one of my key goals is integrating our new team members.

What do you expect to be the biggest challenges for the legal industry locally in the near future?

The use of artificial intelligence is rapidly increasing — both by lawyers and our client — which will pose unprecedented issues for all of us.

What are your favorite aspects of the types of law you practice?

While I enjoy litigating employment cases for my clients, it is also satisfying to successfully advise clients on how to avoid litigation in the first place.

What is your favorite time of year in the Rochester region and why?

I really enjoy autumn in Rochester because of the Fringe Festival, the great foliage and apple picking.

What career do you think you would have if you weren’t a lawyer?

I would open a little bakery for French entremets.
