Tenant buys small suburban Rochester retail plaza

A small retail plaza on Long Pond Road in the town of Greece has been sold to one of the tenants.
Emrah Pektas and Imran Mahta, through Greece Market Properties LLC, acquired the plaza at 502-524 Long Pond Road for $1.3 million, according to documents filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office.
502 Long Pong Pond Plaza LLC, an entity affiliated with FSI Construction of Henrietta, was the seller. The deed was filed with the county clerk on Thursday.
Pektas owns and operates North Greece Grocery, which anchors the retail space closest to Long Pond. Other tenants of the plaza include Long Pond Pub, Pizzeria Americana, Masters Seafood, Marilyn Schneider School of Dance, The Retreat, Carriage Nail Spa and Intuitions With Style.
