Debbie Renna-Hayes, a veteran real estate professional and coach has joined RE/MAX Plus in Rochester.
Renna-Hayes and her nine-member team, which she brings with her, are among the most successful real estate professionals in the Rochester area and they have received numerous awards and recognitions, according to a release. The group, including Renna-Hayes’ husband Jim, comes from Keller Williams Realty Greater Rochester.
“Our current goal is to increase our sales volume to $30 million in 2016 with plans to expand out of state,” Renna-Hayes said. “I was part of the RE/MAX System in the past and I am pleased to be back. I know that at RE/MAX Plus we will have the support we need and the brand name behind us that will ensure we achieve our goals.”
At Keller Williams, Renna-Hayes ranked as the No. 1 agent in her office and the New York state region. In 2007, after just four years in the industry, she was awarded the Realtor Associate Award in her area of service.

Renna-Hayes entered the real estate industry 12 years ago after a 25-year career in the teaching profession. She has meshed her interest in education and her real estate prowess to become co-author, along with her coaches Craig Proctor and Todd Walters, of a book, “The Death of The Traditional Sales Agent and the Rise of The Super Profitable Sales Team.” She is working on two new books, scheduled to be released soon.
