Allegations of sexual harassment and retaliation against Rochester City School District Superintendent Lesli Myers-Small and two other district employees against another employee are unsubstantiated, according to the law firm hired by the district to oversee the investigation.
Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP was retained by the Rochester City School District Board of Education to oversee an impartial investigation of the claims, which began in September.
The law firm said Friday that the investigation has been concluded and the Board of Education has had an opportunity to review the findings of the investigation.
Since an administrative complaint has also been filed with the New York State Division of Human Rights by the employee alleging such harassment and retaliation, and that matter is ongoing, no further information can be provided at this time, Woods Oviatt Gilman said in a statement.
