Expanding our diverse team of IP litigators at Barclay Damon.
What are your expectations for the rest of this year?
Looking forward to a patent trial in December and starting to prepare for another patent trial next year.
What advice would you give someone starting an intellectual property practice right now?
Learn how to tell stories. Patent cases are tried to juries. While your understanding the technology is a must, effective advocacy requires that you make it relatable to judges and jurors.
If you could practice one area of law that you haven’t practiced in your career, what would it be and why?
Constitutional Law.
