Apartments off East Avenue in Rochester sell for $3.5M

The transaction included the three-story buildings at 76 and 78 East Blvd. containing 40 units and the six units within the two-story property at 82-82.5 East Blvd., along with the parcels at 1335 and 1337 University Ave.
East Blvd Apartments ROC LLC was the buyer. The entity shares the same address on Pittsford-Victor Road in Perinton with Whitestone Development Partners.
Daniel Simonetti, David Simonetti and Anthony Simonetti were the sellers. The deed was filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office on Dec. 30.
The buildings at 76 and 78 East Blvd. were built in 1930 while 82-82.5 East Blvd. was build in 1972, according to PropertyShark data.
