Eagle’s Landing space leased

Buckingham Properties announced that it has leased  60,046 square feet at Eagle’s Landing Business Park, 1565 Jefferson Road, Henrietta.

The flex/office project, which broke ground in 2008, is a partnership between Buckingham Properties and Lefrois Development.

Paychex of New York LLC recently moved into 24,042 square feet of space in Building 200 and KB America did the same, taking up 5,403 square feet in Building 100. Veramark Technologies Inc. will occupy 22,878 square feet in Building 100 later this month and ImageNow by Mahar recently moved into 7,723 square feet in the same building, a release from Buckingham states.

All buildings and spaces were prepared by LeFrois Builders. 

Rick Glazer and Eric Jones represented Eagle’s Landing I LLC in negotiating the leases. No terms were disclosed.

The new tenants join Kango Play Center, an original tenant since September 2009.

The first two buildings at Eagle’s Landing Business Park — totaling 102,520 square feet — are now 90 percent leased, Buckingham announced. Construction on the final two buildings — 51,000 and 36,000 square feet, respectively — is under way, as are lease negotiations with two additional prospects for another 52,000 square feet.
