A prominent commercial property on Jefferson Road in Henrietta, the bulk of which has sat empty for at least two years, has a new owner.
333 West Henrietta Road, LLC paid $8 million for two lots at 1180 Jefferson Road, the 105,000-square foot parcel that had been home to Sutherland Global Services and the 23,867 square feet occupied by NAPA Auto Parts.
Penfield-based real estate investor David Pelusio oversees the LLC that made the purchase.
1180 Jeff Road, LLC, an affiliate of Flaum Management Co., Inc., was the seller. Flaum had been the property management firm for the plaza for more than two decades before buying the entire property from Manhattan-based Time Equities Inc. in 2022 for $9.425 million.
A request by Flaum Management to subdivide the property into four individual lots was approved by the town of Henrietta in April.
Two other lots within the plaza were not included in the sale: The outparcel occupied by Super Crab Juicy Seafood and the lot where Indus Hospitality Group is building a WoodSpring Suites hotel.
